It was a pleasure to be so closely involved with the site team on this most interesting residential estate. The site fell around 8m from one side to the other and groundwater literally flowed out of the ground. Even in this demanding environment I increased the attenuation while maintaining the outlet arrangement essentially unchanged. Many of the locals regards the "spring in the wall" as a local landmark which had existed for generations.

Its another example that SUDS systems often have to be completely different depending on each specific site circumstances.
